Meet Graham.

Graham is an experienced service technician. He has expertise in servicing Windows and macOS devices, virus and malware removal, custom PC builds, hardware repairs and upgrades, and tune ups. He is passionate about making technology less intimidating for non-technical users.

During several years tenure at Geek Squad, Graham serviced hundreds of devices, trained other agents in the diagnostics and repair of electronics, authored repair manuals as a resource for simple and complex repair solutions for the department, and managed and oversaw inventory of repair resources, including counts, ordering, and resolving discrepancies. He received numerous accolades during his time at Best Buy, including Geek Squad Agent of the Year for his store in 2019.

Before Geek Squad, he graduated early with Latin Honors (Cum Laude), earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015. In addition, he has completed Google's Cybersecurity Professional Certification and is currently studying for multiple I.T. and cybersecurity certifications.
